Amplivy

Legal

Privacy Policy.

Last updated: 9 July 2026

Our principle: hold as little as possible. Amplivy builds trust infrastructure whose defining property is non-retention — it verifies and then holds nothing. We apply the same instinct to this website. We collect the minimum needed to answer you, and we do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

What this website collects

  • When you contact us. If you use the contact form, we receive the name, organization, email address, inquiry category and message you provide, sent to us at contact@amplivy.com. We use this only to respond to you.
  • Basic technical logs. Like most websites, our host records standard technical information (for example IP address, browser type and pages visited) for security and to keep the site running. We do not use this to build advertising profiles.
  • Cookies. We use only essential cookies needed for the site to function. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Where a consent banner is shown, non-essential cookies are off by default.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell or rent your personal information.
  • We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
  • We do not use it to target ads to you across the web.

How long we keep it

We keep contact enquiries only as long as needed to handle your request and for reasonable record-keeping, then delete them. Technical logs are kept for a limited period for security.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email contact@amplivy.com and we will respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable law.

Third parties

We use reputable service providers to host the site and to receive contact-form submissions. They process data on our behalf under their own security obligations. Outbound links (for example to source documents cited on the site) go to third-party sites with their own privacy practices.

Children

This site is intended for a business and professional audience and is not directed to children.

Changes

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date will change. Material changes will be reflected here.
